At Kate & Rose, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as simple and smooth as possible for our customers. If you still have any questions or issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service. Below you’ll find how your order is processed and delivered.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for all orders within the United Kingdom. Every product is delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order amount required.

Shipping Your Order

Have you found the perfect look on our website? Naturally, you’ll want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Once you place your order, we need 1–2 business days to process it. On weekdays, it typically takes one day. If you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it might take slightly longer.

  • Once processed, your order will be shipped. On average, it takes 4 to 6 working days for your parcel to be delivered.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a personal tracking code via email within a few days. This code allows you to track your package through our delivery partner. You can learn how to do this on our Track & Trace page.

Order Delivery

When your order arrives, it’s time to enjoy it! But of course, something can always go wrong. Want to exchange or return your item? Visit our Returns page for more info.

Defective Product?

That’s unfortunate! Occasionally, a product may be damaged during shipping. In this case, we’ll send you a free replacement the first time. We do not offer a refund at this stage. If the issue occurs a second time, we will fully refund your purchase.


How to Place an Order

Placing an order at Kate & Rose is incredibly easy. Simply go to the product page and add your desired item to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Make sure to select the correct variant (e.g., size). Once everything is correct, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

On the information page, fill in your shipping address. Double-check that all the information is correct. When ready, click “Continue to Shipping.”

On the shipping page, you’ll have another opportunity to review your address. You’ll also be reminded that shipping is completely free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs.

Next, click “Continue to Payment.”

When it comes to payment, you can choose from several secure methods. At Kate & Rose, all payments are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a safe and trustworthy checkout experience.

Once you select your payment method, click “Complete Order.” You’ll be redirected to the selected provider to finish payment. Simply follow the instructions to finalize your order. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us anytime.


Package Lost?

If a package gets lost or can’t be delivered due to logistics, we will always send a new shipment first before considering a refund or return. If the order hasn’t been received within 30 days after shipment, a full refund may be processed.
